Abstract

Der 2008 im Internet veröffentlichte Briefwechsel zwischen Humboldt und Johann Gottfried Ehrenberg wird bald mit 22 bisher unedierten Briefen von Ehrenbergs Hand vervollständigt, die aus dem Bestand der Sammlung Darmstädter der Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin-Preußischer Kulturbesitz stammen. Anne Jobst präsentiert und kontextualisiert in ihrem Artikel vier dieser bisher unbekannten Briefe.

Author Biography

Anne Jobst

Anne Jobst ist Diplomarchivarin und wissenschaftlich-technische Mitarbeiterin in der Berlin-Brandenburgischen Akademie der Wissenschaften. Sie hat von 2001 bis 2004 im Museum für Naturkunde Berlin die Ehrenberg-Sammlung digitalisiert und gab 2008 für die Alexander-von-Humboldt-Forschungsstelle der BBAW den Briefwechsel zwischen Alexander von Humboldt und Christian Gottfried Ehrenberg in einer Online-Edition heraus (http://telota.bbaw.de/AvHBriefedition)
